I got my first "formal" jump in to sales and marketing well over twenty years ago. That's carried with me over the years while my husband and I raised our family of three boys along with owning and operating several family businesses together.

But it wasn't until I discovered how to combine network marketing with real world business and marketing skills that I achieved my first breakthrough success. That's why I created 80/20 Marketing, Inc. and later Marketing Merge Professional. To help others achieve life changing results and success in their business.

Plus, to top it off, I get to run my business with 2 of my sons.

Nothing is more satisfying to me than to lead a group of people to work for the greater good of the whole. I also love to empower people through a transformational learning experience (something I'm pretty big on).

I espcially like masterminding and working with my copywriting team who help me crank out a top notch marketing system. It's been a lot of fun.

Add to that an amazing all star team who further inspire and motivate me to serve our customers in the most progressive ways possible. It doesn't get much better than that!

I enjoy innovating new solutions for the work-at-home and small business professional, snowboarding, shark surfing (not really) and singing in the shower (that's true).

I'm responsible for delegating every possible task I can to our All- Star team as I focus on new business development projects and respond to the needs of our customers with timely Webinars and educational tutorials.

I enjoy in every way the process of developing a company that empowers people to achieve their own goals. I enjoy team building, attracting and developing talented contributors, and seeing people flourish here with us.

My main goal is to make sure our business-building info reaches the people who need it most. Usually this means coordinating our latest marketing campaigns, structuring a new product launch, and finding talented people for our team to help reach others. But I also spend a lot of time camping out at my laptop, creating educational content and sales pieces.

Before teaming up with Ann to create 80/20 Marketing Inc, I was what you might call a serial entrepreneur (you could say it's in the genes ;-). I've been earning a living online as a full time affiliate since 2003 and have worked with companies like Best Western, Hotwire.com, and others to develop their affiliate programs, as well as their pay-per-click marketing strategies.

Growing 80/20 Marketing and Marketing Merge Professional has been the greatest and most rewarding experience of my life. It's allowed me to accomplish my goals of helping others enjoy freedom in their lives, and I've found a team of successful people to mastermind and develop with.

I currently live in Minneapolis, Minnesota. When I'm not working I love travelling, reading, skydiving, and good conversations about pretty much anything.

I love working with a diverse and talented group of people who's main goal is to help others succeed. My favorite pastimes are video marketing, facials, and I particularly enjoy getting to play the role of the big boss around the office.

I am Mike Klingler's right hand person. Kind of like a combination between an executive personal assistant and certified operations officer. (but without the prestigious title)

I am responsible for making sure the vision of the company is executed efficiently. This means delegating tasks to the proper team members, ensuring that new projects work within the current systems and framework, as well as developing and enforcing policies as we add on new partners and expand with new projects.

It's been said that I am the glue that holds it all together.

I am so proud and so much enjoy working with a company of leaders who are providing so much value and really care about the people in this community. I love being associated with a company that is providing so many opportunities for it's team members and customers and an environment where they can feel nurtured, where they can grow with ease in an accelerated rate.

I love the people. We are a huge team and everyone on the team is an amazing individual. I love learning from each and everyone and that we are so close like one big happy family. :)

I'm an internet marketer/copywriter for 80/20 Marketing Inc and Marketing Merge Professional. My daily activities range from composing promotional emails that get sent to our customers and subscribers to constructing and helping manage our pay-per-click (PPC) ad campaigns.

I'm a very driven individual who always strives to be the best at whatever I do. (Whether it's building a business, marketing a new product, or heck even playing in a softball game.)

I wouldn't be the type of person I am today if it weren't for constantly being around the group of like-minded individuals that make up this company. Positive, “outside-the-box” thinkers who literally force you (in a very good way) to be on your A-game at all times. Plus, during my time here I've come to realize that money ISN'T what's important. It's the skills, knowledge, and real-world experience that I've acquired over the years that is. Also, the one-on-one, highly specialized training I've received with this company is second to none. I've grown by leaps and bounds (both personally and professionally) as a result

I am a somewhat mobile gal. I was born in Texas, but have traveled the world all my life. I’ve lived in Texas, California, Utah, Colorado, Alaska, St. Croix, South Africa and Canada.

With so much travel, I’ve always looked for ways to be independent and have a career I could take with me no matter where I lived. Owning my own internet based business was the solution. I’ve been marketing online since 1999 and thoroughly enjoy the freedom and flexibility of working out of my own home office.

I came onboard with 80/20 Marketing in 2007 and have worn several different hats in the company. My primary focus is as Search Marketing Manager and taking care of our Google, Yahoo! and MSN PPC accounts serving multiple markets worldwide. But I also do a lot of ‘behind the scenes’ research and work to help deliver top notch products and services to our customers.

When I joined 80/20 I knew I had found my “place” but looking back I see the benefits have far exceeded my hopes and expectations! Growing with Ann & her company(ies) has been a tremendous blessing. And working with a team of like-minded entrepreneurs is an opportunity that only few are fortunate to experience!

California girl raised by two Texans, I now live in North Dallas area of Texas. I am a lifelong teacher, with one foot in the theatre and the other in the classroom. I love people, pets and projects. This week, July 14, 2009, my husband, Don, and I celebrate our 30th anniversary. Two kids: daughter Kendall, 27 and son, Colin, 22.

I am the owner of Barbara Silva Consulting, LLC and head up the coaching program at Renegade Professional. I am the coaches' coach. I am also a Renegade Trainer, content editor and contributor, and part of the support team – support for both our members and our team! I am the one you come to when you need to talk something over but you aren't ready to share it with the world yet. :)

When I became a student at Renegade Professional, I knew that I wanted to create a business that would in some way give back to this program and its students because I was getting so much out of it. Out of that intent, the Coaching Program was born.

My favorite thing about working with this team is hands down the people. I love them. Plain and simple. I've laughed with them, cried with them, grown and thrived with them. They make every day an adventure. With them, I have found an open, trusting and safe place to test my ideas and get the support to develop those ideas. I love the excitement of brainstorming with creative, caring and intelligent minds.

Hailing from Woodbury, Minnesota, Aka: “the burbs”. I'm the President of JR Computer Associates, Husband to Mrs. Gehring, and full time consultant for 80/20 Marketing/Marketing Merge Professional. I specialize in solving complex problems via the PC, whether that's building the code that powers The Renegade System, or figuring out the most optimal route to completing Ann's latest project idea. You could say I'm the “Tech Guy”.

I've had the pleasure of working with this team for close to 4 years now in some fashion or another. I would say I used to work here for the constant new challenges, however, over the last year, I would say I enjoy the friendships and community that have developed in our organization above all else.

I am a writer, composer, visual artist and a Microsoft certified programmer with 13 years of experience. In my art and programming alike, I enjoy pushing the boundaries and exceling at ambitious solutions and unorthodox approaches aimed at achieving better and more user-friendly results.

I'm responsible for thinking through, discussing and implementing core programming tasks at Marketing Merge. My other responsibilities include maintaining an overall technical vision for Marketing Merge applications and interfacing with other programmers to bring this vision to reality.

I enjoy the variety of challenges working for Marketing Merge poses, and the friendly and positive atmosphere maintained by the team. This lets me grow both as a person and a professional.

Its great to now be working with Marketing Merge Pro, after having worked with so many of the team over the last few years. I am doing development along side Justin on any new projects, and general help to the whole team when needed. Since marketing has been a huge passion of mine for the last few years I’m able to jump around and really help out whoever on our amazing team needs it.

I really enjoy the fact that we are able to help people grow their skill sets and businesses, and the success stories are what really make it a hugely fulfilling job.

I have been doing development for around 10 years now part time, with many of those years being full time in a professional setting. I really love all the technical stuff and I have a lot of gadgets – in short I’m a bit of a geek :)

When I’m not working hard on the next project I really enjoy racing, traveling, and getting out to really “live life” and build many great stories to tell about in the future.

I have been fortunate enough to live all over the world since I was raised military. The favorite place I ever lived was the Florida Keys because I love the ocean and being warm year round. I have two grown children, Blaine and Brittiany and will be a grandma soon.

I love keeping my mind busy and because of this I have worked in many different types of jobs in my life… too many to mention, but because of this I have really been able to “experience” life and people, which I love.

I purchased a home in Arkansas in 2008 and I am really enjoying “making it my own”. Working in the yard, landscaping, and interior changes are a lot of fun for me.

Working with Marketing Merge Professional I wear different hats at different times depending on where I am needed. While the majority of my time is spent in the Customer Care department, I also work closely with Ann, Justin, Mike and Didi on some of the mechanics of the video/audio production for our webinars and creating videos for our affiliates.

Working with Marketing Merge Professional is more about the people than the “job”. Helping the industry through the vision of the company and being able to do that with some really wonderful “A” players is what it is all about.

I‘m a retired Critical Care Nurse, served in the US Navy and practiced nursing both in the USA and in Australia. Education includes a BS in Nursing and MS in hospital administration. I also have certificates in alternative natural therapies. I have spent the last year learning about creating and growing a business on the internet thanks to RNM and MM.

I am in charge of Customer Support at Marketing Merge and really enjoy working with and being part of the team. In addition to Customer Support I work on special projects as they develop. I create training tutorials for CSR as well as for the Marketing Merge website.

What I like most about working with Marketing Merge is the experience of working with such a great team. Watching a business of this nature grow and develop and the involvement and concern of and for all the team members is extraordinary. The commitment to integrity and to helping others achieve success is unique. It's a pleasure and honour to be part of the Marketing Merge team and to be able to contribute to the organization is awesome.

I worked as an accountant for 17 years with the City of Los Angeles before retiring early to stay home and raise my two boys who are now 17 and 15. Not one to be a typical stay-at-home mom, I volunteered many hours to our church, schools my children attended and Little League baseball. Over the past couple of years I have been educating myself on the power of the internet with the help and guidance of the Renegade Network Marketer and Marketing Merge. Because of them I am now collaborating with others to build my dream business online doing what I love to do, helping others!

I reside in Northern California in the town of Rocklin with my husband and best friend, Stephen and our sons Trevor and Tanner.

Most days you will find me at the Customer Support at Marketing Merge working alongside a great group of people. It's both fun and challenging for me since I get to help others make the most of their training and education within Marketing Merge Professional by providing answers to their many questions. I also take great pride in keeping Deb Marsden in a continual state of laughter as we work together at the Support desk.

What I am enjoying the most about working with Marketing Merge are the people. This truly is an energetic team to work alongside. From my “green” beginnings when I first began my own education as a Marketing Merge member and being in awe of Ann Sieg and Mike Klingler to now working with this great team, is a dream come true for me. I am thrilled to be a part of this team and look forward to what lies ahead both personally and professionally

I got my start with Marketing Merge Professional answering tickets at the support desk. This was short lived and not well suited toward my strengths. I then went onto become a content contributor for Marketing Merge Professional, and have always played a significant leadership role in the Super Guides program.

Now I wear several different hats and often sign off with the title, “Renegade Relations.” I am currently working on several projects, which include but not limited to the following:

• Management of the Super Guides program with Mike Klingler
• Co-Executive producer of Renegade Professional News
• Content contributor for the Marketing Merge Professional content network
• Assisting with the coordination and implementation of the “Live Renegade Professional Webinar Series”
• Other projects in their infancy that shall be named later

I enjoy working alongside Mike Klingler and Ann Sieg, as well as the rest of the Marketing Merge Professional team...it's a huge thrill! I enjoy contributing and giving back to what has given so much to me already. I enjoy being a part of the fabric of this community. To have a role in something that is so much bigger than “me” is not only gratifying, it's fascinating. I enjoy taking my entrepreneurial education (as well as the results that accompany the application and implementation of that education) to a new level, which is a direct result of being surrounded by the Marketing Merge Professional team and culture.

Currently I spend most of my time playing guitar, bass guitar, drums and any other instrument I can get my hands on to write my own music and music for the bands that I play in. I love having a super flexible work schedule with 80/20 Marketing. I've been working for my mom since I was fourteen doing everything from bookkeeping to lead processing to general office work.

I am a proud citizen of St. Paul, MN. My one complaint would be the terribly cold winters we get.

I've been specially trained to handle the emails put out through 80/20 Marketing and Marketing Merge Professional. I've also done extensive optimization to the 80/20 Marketing PPC campaigns.

What I like most about working with Marketing Merge Professional is that I can work a totally flexible schedule. Plus I like working with my parents and brother in our family business.
